CHIBI DRAWINGS

All chibi commissions will be colored! each one chibi figure will cost you $10. For now, the background will be blank ^^)

SHORT COMIC (4koma and 2koma)

For now, I only open short 1 page comics. There are 3 options; 4 panels, 3 panels, and 2 panels. The background will either be blank or just simply colored. The dialogue will also be very simple and short and cannot be long. Please check my instagram page for more example☆

3 to 5 CHARACTERS
For now, I can only do 3 to 5 characters in the short comics ^^)non-color : $20
If colored: +20, so it will be $40.

TWO CHARACTER
2 characters in one short non-color comic : $10
If colored : + $20, so it will be $30

NOTE: for 4koma or 4 panels, I will need to use the panels (unlike 2koma or 3koma that can be panelless) so it will look more organized and easier for me to work on.

TERMS OF SERVICE

BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S.I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.I reserve the rights to modify, alter, and recolor any of my artworks done previously on new artworks commissions.My artwork and commissions, no matter what, CAN NOT be used as NFTs.

♤ I have the right to refuse any commission request without having to explain why (however I can explain why)♡ Give credit if posted on social media or used as a pfp or using in anyway. In no way permitted may the watermark be removed♧ I have the right to stop/cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, the inability to communicate in English and English only and any breach of these terms of service☆ The customer must pay after a sketch is shown.♤ Pieces might take 1-3 days depending on how busy I am, please be patient with me and give me time, I give frequent updates on the artwork and let you know when i may be finished♡ Do NOT rush or give me deadlines, if a commission has taken longer or been pushed back to a later date, I kindly ask for your understanding since sometimes I can get extremely busy. I am a normal human being and I have a life outside of my art life.

PAYMENT INFORMATION♤ All customers must be at least 18 years of age before sending any payments.♡ Payment is due up-front after sketch is shown.◇ Sketch will be shown and changes may be requested up to 4 times. If there's more than that, there will be an additional $1 fee. Once complete, colors may be altered, but no changes to pose will be made.♧ I only take payments with Paypal. Payment should be in USD, please convert before sending. Tips are appreciated, but not necessary~ ^^)☆ I will gladly send WIP shots (at the sketch stage and line art stage) if requested. If not specifically stated by the commissioner that they would like progress shots, then I will just work straight through it.♤ I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. I reserve the right to cancel a commission (with refund, as listed below) at any time due to harassment, improper conduct or poor communication.

Refunds may be given if:> I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason, or> I have not yet begun your commission and two months or more have passed since you have fully paid for your commission, unless we have discussed prior to payment that there would be a wait. (subject to change based on size)

If a commissioner wishes for a refund, they will receive 100% if no steps have been taken at all, 60% if no sketches, and 20% if I have finished lining. Once the artwork is coloured no refunds are available.By paying the invoice sent to you, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it is not possible to obtain a physical item.You also agree to waive any chargeback attempts, as you confirm access and/or ownership of the payment account associated with the email provided.You also confirm that you are the owner of the account and the money awarded, or have permission to use it in full.Any attempt at chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in the automatic loss of copyright/work created.If you use a digital product after receiving a refund, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal action.Artists will also have full rights to resell character designs/recycle created artwork in the event of a chargeback.
